Pricing
Rental prices pr week in 2023:
Low season (01.11-15.03) = 3500 Euro
Mid season (16.03 to 30.06 and 01.09 to 31.10) = 4500 Euro
High season (from 01.07 to 31.08 + Christmas and Easter) = 5985 Euro
Deposit 15% of rental, minimum 500 Euro (billed in addition to rent)
Mandatory "final cleaning" is included in rental price.
Supplement for heating of pool = 450 Euro/week
One extra cleaning in addition to mandatory "final cleaning" is available for 350 Euro.
